Artist, Singer, Composer, and Producer of All The Things

As the Director of Fund Development at Filipino-American Development Foundation and the Composer / Executive Producer of "Larry the Musical," I combine my passion for social justice and artistic expression to create impactful programs and projects that benefit the Filipina/o/x American community and beyond. With over 25 years of expertise in fundraising, I have secured major gifts from foundations, corporations, and individuals that have supported community-based programs in health, education, economic development, and arts and culture.

I am also a seasoned musical composer and producer, with a BA in Ethnic Studies from UC San Diego and a BA in Music from San Francisco State University. I have collaborated with talented artists and performers to create original works that amplify the voices and stories of Filipina/o/x Americans. My latest work is a tribute to the life and legacy of Larry Itliong, a Filipino American labor leader who fought for the rights and dignity of farm workers. I am driven by integrity, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to advancing social justice through the arts.

My Current Project

I’m honored to join Brava Theater as an Artist in Residence to co-compose the first musical about Filipino American labor leader Larry Itliong with Gayle Romasanta, fusing my influences in folk, opera, classical, and musical theater styles. The musical is based on “Journey for Justice: The Life of Larry Itliong” by Dawn Mabalon, PhD with Gayle Romasanta.
